One of the most versatile longest lasting seawall or retaining wall options is  a composite sheet pile system. These sheet pile systems last forever, look good, are easily installed and most often times are the most economical approach. We can even install a structural steel framework behind the wall in areas with rocky or heavy clay soils.

One of the most common uses around the Finger Lakes for our pile driving services are raised parking areas along the lakes. We can drive piles and set timbers or concrete panels within a few days. This process is much less obtrusive to the environment and more economical.

OPEN-PILE PERMANENT DOCKS

Custom built permanent docks can add value to your property and offer you year round access to the water. All of our docks sit on heavy duty 6 or 8 inch piles, are completely cross-braced and fully welded. We provide a number of deck options but often recommend poured concrete. A concrete deck is virtually indestructible and withstands the heaviest of ice buildup and movement. If you experience abnormally heavy ice movement we can increase the thickness of the deck and even ballast the lakeward end of the dock to ensure the piles and dock never move.

ARMOR STONE PLACEMENT

 

Heavy wave action can erode your sensitive shoreline over night. Large armor stone and rip-rap placement can prevent further erosion and allow you to gain back some of your valuable shoreline. 

 

We can provide stone placement services and maintenance from land or by barge.

Micro/Helical/Grouted Pile Installation 

 

Micro & Helical piles are used for many different applications ranging from foundation stabilization, footers for decks & barns, dead-men for retaining walls,  or any other scenario where a stable base is needed in less then suitable soils.

 

We can install  any sized pile. Our equipment allows us to work anywhere, whether it is from a barge, inside your basement or on-top of a mountain, we will get the job done!
